MarCoPay Inc. is steadfast in its commitment to fully comply with the regulatory requirements of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. As the law prescribes, we are mandated to ensure that our member’s identity are fully validated.

This is done through the following process:
1. We will conduct a video call on the time preferred by the Member.
2. We will require the submission of selfie picture along with your valid ID.
3. We also encourage the member to prepare necessary documents to complete the registration.

Rest assured that we have put in place specific process and controls that help us keep the security and confidentiality of data collected from our Individual Members protected.
